I've developed, or perhaps realized, I have an obsession with seeing success. Of course, day-to-day I strive toward my own personally-set levels of success in business, but I have this great love of seeing the success of others as well. Perhaps that's why things are going so well with work - I deal with small to medium-sized businesses every day at Synergy Tax & Business Solutions, isolating expenses, tracking productivity and sales, etc. and I get to see a lot of success, and a fair number of challenges as well. The success of others is what drives our business forward. Beyond the pleasure of witnessing a business succeed in person, I've also become a little obsessed with reading about business online - Websites, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter - you name it I surf and take notes, laugh a little, and feel inspired.
